Review on Neulbo: Whats Good & Bad – by Apple_Seed

 When you open the well packaged box, there's a greeting letter with the customers name. This was quite touchy.

The colored instruction manual too was quite impressive, it's a simple case but it seemed that they have put a lot of effort in these small parts.
With addition they've put Tarzan Neulbo, an earphone cable winder.

 Very friendly Instruction manual don't you think? Well I'm not much of a manual type person but this drew my attention. Had to go though it.

 Purple Tarzan Neulbo it is. At first I thought it looked like a Jelly and almost put it in my mouth...
This thing is really cute. More peripheral devices I get it gets really messy with the wires, this will come to a good use. 

 This is how it looks with the package. Its is protected with the strong plastic covers. The authentication sticker at the back.

 

Inside the package there is a another drawings that shows how to put the cover on.
Well you really don't have to follow the diagram but it easier to fit when you follow the drawings.
The important thing is that first two goes in easily, but the other two, it's little tough to fit.

This is how it looks when opened up. Very thin,twice the size of the iPhone, leather work done on both inside and outside. protecting the phone inside out. 

 The side view, It's little thicker the normal plastic cases and material does look different. I think it will do a good job in absorbing the shock.

Close up of the inside. Not like the other plastic cases, the leather also cushions inside, protecting the phone from foreign substances that may scratch the phone from inside.

The tail part. This fits the apple-shaped emblem on the head. The vertical cut on the tail, it eases the buttoning. The blue stitching on th tail is very sensible.

Now I'll try fitting it on. You don't really have to follow the instructions on this. It would be little bit easier if you follow the instructions, but had no problem with out it.

Done fitting. 3 corners are easy but the last corner, may require some serious pushing. The red arrows in the picture are the directions of which you put your thumb and push along the film to prevent bubbling in your screen.  

Here you see the bubbling on your screen. This occurs because I used the ordinary film for Neulbo. Special film for Neulbo does come along the case, so please make sure that you change your film as well.

The back part. You button the tail to the apple-shaped emblem to finish fitting.

After buttoning up, you pull down the tail in the arrow direction to fix the button. Then slip in your finger to extend the band.

The final fittings complete. The emblem looks pretty nice.

This is the final look after fitting. The back part and it's 4 hands covers up the phone. The one corner is left open for the camera. Neulbo barely covers the phone but still protects the phone very well. It's suited for those who don't like too much covering on your phone.

 The side view. Little shadowed but it's about 2~3 mm thick.
Like I said before, Neulbo rarely covers the phone allowing you to a full access on the side buttons and cameras.

This is when I applied it on my hand. It's not very tight, but the band holds the hand. It's very different from holding your phone. More like phone holding your hand.

Surprising ? I'm not even holding the phone. Even with a little shake, it doesn't fall. 

Neulbo is a case, minimizes the covering of the iPhone , and still protects the phone very well. It's for those, who doesn't like too much covering for your phone.

After putting Neulbo on, I tried to use the phone. Most of people use their phone with one hand. Neulbo rarely covers the phone, so there was no trouble using it with both left or right hand.

There are many different variation of Neulbo. Like shown in the picture, many different colors and different textures as well.

Review

I have used many different cases before, but I wanted to use the iPhone with out the cover, because the iPhone it self has a very good design. The covering seems to distract the design of the iPhone. So I used i Phone without the case for few months, but that was also very troublesome.
I was always worried about dropping it, scratching it and etc. But when I got Neulbo, it covers only the edge of the phone, showing iPhone's design very well, and I don't have to worry about dropping the phone.

WillBee's Neulbo, It barely covers up the phone. This brings out the original iPhone design, and still protects the phone from dropping it at first place.
It may not do much protection when fall, but the strap-on function, prevents the fall at first place.

The apple-shaped emblem is positioned close to the camera and flash.
I thought this metal emblem may reflect the flash, but none such occurs.   

A special protection comes along the case but, If you apply the case carefully, you can apply Neulbo on any other protection films.

The elastic band. When used a lot, may stretch but that doesn't seem to happen anytime soon. The band seems very elastic.

Most of us use the phone one-handed. The other hand is well occupied with some other work writing for example. When handling it with one hand the possibility of dropping the phone increases. So for clumsy guy like myself, can always drop the phone. Neulbo is a perfect case for those situations. I have been using Neulbo for few weeks, and I think it's a really well made product.
